COMMERCIAL INSPECTIONS
Commercial inspections are completed for properties like office buildings, retail stores, apartment complexes, motels and warehouses. I'll evaluate the major systems of the property and the visible structural components. I'll report on the type and condition of HVAC equipment and the building's overall condition.
RESIDENTIAL HOME INSPECTIONS
Purchasing a home might be the largest single investment you will ever make. To minimize the risks associated with a large investment, it's best to learn as much as you can about the condition of the property before you buy it. This will minimize the unexpected surprises that come with being a homeowner. A home inspection also points out the positive aspects of a home, as well as the maintenance that will be necessary to keep it in good shape. After the inspection, you will have a much clearer understanding of the property you are about to purchase.
4-POINT INSPECTIONS
The inspection and report describes the condition and age of these elements. A 4-point inspection focuses only on four main areas of interest in a home:
